Special Circumstance:
The Client acknowledges that capes, hides, skins and other Client supplied items vary in
quality due to nature and/or other pre-existing conditions beyond the control of the Service
Provider. These conditions include but are not limited to those described as follows and are
provided for example purposes only:
Game Heads and Mammals:
All hides are subcontracted to professional tanneries. Although it is very rare,
occasionally a hide may experience problems due to trauma in the field prior to drop off
(
such as improper field care or mis-handling of animal in the field) or complications
during the tanning process that may result in the need to discard the hide and obtain a
new hide. Cost incurred for processing, shipping, and acquiring new hide (when
applicable) are at the Client's expense.

Likewise, there are several things that can happen to the hide that may not be apparent
until after the tanning process is complete such as hair slippage (often due to improper
field care) or cape damage (damage may be the result of bullet holes, marks from dragging
the trophy, rope damage, holes from adhering tag to ear or trauma from natural causes
such as bite marks.) It should be noted that every effort will be made to conceal or
correct damage to hides however at times it may be necessary to purchase or obtain a
new hide. Costs incurred prior to identifying damage (such as processing time and
shipping) in addition to obtaining a new cape are at the Client's expense.

Fish:
At times, (due to improper field care or trama sustained prior to drop off) a fish may have
scale loss or damage that cannot be determined until after the preservation process has
been completed. This situation is not common, and it should be known that ever effort
will be made to conceal imperfections, however it should be known that the potential for
flaws does exist.

Upland Game Birds and Waterfowl:
On occasion, after thawing birds that were delivered in a frozen state, hidden damage
becomes apparent (due to improper field care or trama sustained prior to drop off). In this
situation the Service Provider will contact the Client to discuss options including
harvesting a better bird and deposit refund.
Angler Beaver Taxidermy, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. We will do our best to
provide you with a trophy mount you will be pleased with for many years to come. When
circumstance beyond our control become apparent, we will contact you to find the best option
